Wheat artisan bread or pizza dough
Breakfast:
Oat Bran with Fruit, Honey, and Peanut Butter
Oat Bran with Cinnamon, Banana, and Peanut Butter
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Easy whole wheat-banana-choc. chip-peanut butter pancakes (easier to make than it is to say)
Serves 4-5 (depending on how hungry you are)
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 eggs, well-beaten
2 cups milk
2 T oil (coconut (melted), olive, or canola)
Banana
Chocolate Chips
Peanut butter
Stir dry ingredients with a whisk in a medium or large bowl. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk eggs, add milk and oil. Add wet to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Cook on preheated griddle or pan that’s been greased. Add sliced bananas and sprinkle on some chocolate chips. Flip when bubbles appear. Scoop some peanut butter on when nice and hot and eat with delight. Yum!
