betty crocker’s dinner party

Hi guys! Took a bit of a break from the blog world, but back with some pictures from an amazing dinner party BFF Renee hosted. She seriously blew us away with this one. Get ready!

Amelia, Brooke, Cindy

Ms. Betty!

Amelia brought delicious sangria and Renee had a lovely cheese and cracker plate that went un-pictured.

Clockwise from the top: chicken stuffed with ham and swiss, salad, homemade “biscuit” mini muffins, butternut squash casserole, and cinnamon apples. Ahhh it was SOOO GOOD!

Renee flattened the chicken breasts and stuffed with Swiss cheese and brown sugar ham, rolled em up, and then topped with homemade gravy. Ridiculous!

Amazing butternut squash-very similar recipe can be found here

Topped the salad with Angela’s Better-than-bottled balsamic dressing.

These little muffins are so good-I think it was one cup baking mix, one cup sour cream, and some butter? I’ll confirm!

Cindy brought some Halloween treatsies.

I love these girls and had so much fun laughing and chatting with them. We’re planning another one for November-at my house! What am I going to make?!

“If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.” Philippians 1:1-2
