what i’ve been cookin’ up

Zucchinis are overflowing out of M&D’s garden, thanks to my agri. bro-in-law. I wanted to use those baseball bat babies in some fun ways. One tasty Mexican result: Zucchini turkey taco salad. Shred some zucchini in that ground turkey with some spices, and mix with garden veggies, guac, salsa (love Trader Joe’s fresh mild salsa!), tortilla chips, and other yummy goods, and you’ve got one nice south of the border meal!IMG_2576
